These terms apply to the Pausy desktop application and the website pausyapp.com, operated by [Company or individual name] ("we"). By installing the app or buying a subscription you agree to them.
Pausy is a reminder and guidance tool for short breaks at a computer. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for it. The exercises are general and gentle, but you know your body: skip anything that hurts, and talk to a doctor if you have a condition that affects your eyes, neck, back, knees or breathing.
A subscription lets you run Pausy on up to three computers that you use yourself. You may not resell, sublicense or share licence keys. We may deactivate keys that are being shared.
See our refund policy. In short: if you're unhappy in the first 14 days after a payment, write to us and we'll refund it.
We release updates to fix problems and improve the app. We may change or remove features over time. The app works offline; licence checks need an occasional internet connection and tolerate being offline for two weeks.
Pausy is provided as is. We do our best to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of defects or suit a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
If we change these terms in a material way we'll update the date above and, for subscribers, mention it in the app or by email.
